Illinois Solar for All uses individual household income to determine who is able to qualify for Illinois Solar for All. If you receive benefits from Medicaid, Supplemental Nutrition Assistance Program (SNAP), or Low-Income Home Energy Assistance Program (LIHEAP), you will qualify for this program!
