Illinois Solar for All

Illinois Solar for All (ILSFA) is a State program designed to make solar energy more accessible and affordable for income-eligible residents across Illinois. By significantly reducing the cost barriers associated with solar installation, ILSFA helps more families benefit from clean, renewable energy and long-term savings on their utility bills.

ARF Solar proudly participates in both the Illinois Solar for All: Residential Solar (Small) and Illinois Solar for All: Non-Profit and Public Facilities Sub-Program. The Illinois Solar for All Program directly aligns with ARF Solar's Core Value of Empowerment Through Access. We believe that everyone deserves the opportunity to benefit from renewable energy, regardless of income, which is made possible through the generous incentives available through the Illinois Solar for All Program.

Below are a few examples of recently completed Illinois Solar for All: Non-Profit and Public Facilities projects in Madison County. ARF Solar has completed projects for churches, fire departments, community centers, and many other various eligible facilities through this program.

See If You Qualify for No-Cost Solar!

At ARF Solar, we believe that the benefits of clean, renewable energy should be accessible to everyone—not just those with the means to afford traditional solar installations. Through the Illinois Solar for All (ILSFA) program, we help households across Illinois lower their electric bills, stabilize their energy costs, and take control of their energy future—all at no cost.

The Illinois Solar for All: Residential Solar (Small) program is specifically designed to bring the benefits of solar to income-eligible households. For many families, high utility bills are a constant burden, and the upfront cost of solar has historically been a barrier. ARF Solar removes that barrier by leveraging Illinois Solar for All incentives to fully cover installation, equipment, and maintenance.

This means qualifying households can enjoy the long-term benefits of solar energy—reduced energy bills, greater energy independence, and protection against rising utility rates—without needing to pay out of pocket for the system.
